Change In Penalties Of New Motor Vehicle Act Not To Be Implemented In MP
The Madhya Pradesh government has said that the new penalties are very high in the new motor vehicle act. This is why the MP govt would talk to the centre and then implement it. On the other hand, the West Bengal government will not implement the new motor vehicles act when it comes into effect, as it does not agree with the suggestions of the bill such as exorbitant fine on errant drivers, the state Assembly was informed on Tuesday.
