In a shocking incident highlighting the rising crime in Bihar, police in Patna uncovered an illegal arms manufacturing factory operating in the heart of the city. The breakthrough came after police apprehended a few criminals with illegal firearms during a routine stop. Upon interrogation, the suspects revealed the location of a clandestine arms unit. A raid was swiftly conducted, and authorities discovered a fully operational mini gun factory equipped with drill machines, live cartridges, raw materials, and six homemade pistols. According to police, the gang had been manufacturing weapons on a large scale and supplying them across various districts in Bihar. Six individuals, including the prime accused, have been arrested. Investigations are underway to trace how many of these weapons have been used in recent criminal activities. Meanwhile, in Delhi, police arrested three Bangladeshi nationals who were living illegally in the capital’s South West district. The trio reportedly intended to travel to Europe but failed to secure visas and decided to stay in India unlawfully. The Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) has initiated deportation procedures against them. Both cases underscore growing concerns over illegal immigration and the unchecked spread of firearms in India’s urban centers.
