Budget 2021 expectations explained by Himanshu Chaturvedi, CSO TATA Projects

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to table Budget 2021 on 1st February. The theme of this year's budget will largely circle around Covid-19, economic recovery, and growth. Himanshu Chaturvedi, CSO TATA Projects talks about this year's budget. He says that the states might not be in the condition to take over the major development projects due to their financial situation so in this case, the center should help the states by taking over some of the projects.
