BSP releases fourth list of 16 candidates; fields Afzal Ansari from Ghazipur
The Bahujan Samaj Party on Sunday released its fourth list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh. The list comprises of 16 names, five of which are strongmen-turned-politicians.
BSP has fielded Afzal Ansari, brother of jailed strongman-politician Mukhtar Ansari from Ghazipur constituency. Afzal will contest against union minister and BJP leader Manoj Sinha.
The BSP announced 11 names in first list, six in second list, and five names in third list. The party has so far announced the names of 28 candidates for the high-stake polls.
