BJP MP Prabhat Jha says, "Only Narendra Modi fulfilled promise of reservation to the poor

Rajya Sabha MP Prabhat Jha of BJP says every party promises reservation to the poor of general category in their manifesto. “Only Narendra Modi fulfilled it.” 
Prabhat Jha further claims that 95% families will benefit from this, only 5% top most families from unreserved categories will be left out from this. This amendment, there will be no need to go to State Governments for ratification, only parliament needs to approve."
