Delhi police are trying to investigate the possibility of Delhi clashes being pre-planned. Social media handles are under investigation, many leaders who used hate words and inflammatory speeches are under scanner. One such name is Ishrat Jahan, who used hate speeches to instigate people and possibly led to riots in Delhi. Few days back, northeast Delhi was reeling under the deadly violence that continued for three days and claimed at least 42 lives.
