LJP leader Chirag Paswan has lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for issuing an order that allows labourers, tourists, students and devotees stuck in various parts of the country during the lockdown, to travel back to their home. However, they will have to follow certain conditions.
