New Delhi: Amid the ongoing 'Bharat Jodo Yatra', the Congress party on Wednesday shared a video of a young girl being greeted joyfully by a young girl who seems so delighted at meeting the Lok Sabha MP that she breaks into tears and Rahul was seen trying to pacify her by hugging her. In the video going viral on social media, Rahul Gandhi along with other Congress leaders is marching on foot for the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Meanwhile, two girls come close to Rahul Gandhi and one gets emotional and starts crying.
In one more video, Rahul Gandhi is strolling with two ladies in Wayanad, which is his Lok Sabha body electorate. The party likewise tweeted an image of VIP Ramesh Pisharody and stated, "Ramesh Pisharody, noted comedian, actor, and director, walks beside Rahul Gandhi in Wayanad."

On Tuesday, Rahul said the foot march is against injustices like waiving off debts running into billions owed by rich businessmen while farmers or small traders are punished for loan defaults.

In his speech at the end of the day's yatra in Koppam, Gandhi said the BJP government at the Centre was favouring a few rich businessmen by waiving off their debts, while the same consideration was not being shown to the farmers, small traders and other businessmen.
The 18th day of Congress' Bharat Jodi Yatra began on Wednesday with a foot march by Rahul Gandhi and hundreds of party workers in Kerala. The march started from Pandikkad School Padi. Today the march will enter the Wayanad constituency.
The 3,570 km and 150-day march started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on September 7 and will end in Jammu and Kashmir. Entering Kerala on 10 September, the Bharat Jodo Yatra will cover a distance of 450 km and will enter Karnataka on 1 October.
