'Aaj Kuchh Toofani...' : Nagaland Minister's Latest Tweet On Traditional Drink Is A Huge Hit

Nagaland Minister Temjen Imna Along, who is known for his amazing sense of humour has again taken to the microblogging site Twitter to share a traditional of the state. In the post that has gone viral, the minister can be seen holding a container of rice beer in his hands.

Taking a clue from a popular soft drink commercial, the minister wrote in Hindi (Aaj Kuch Toofani karte hai ), which, when translated to English, reads as "(Let's do something crazy today)... The Taste of Rice Beer...".

"P.S. Drinking is injurious to health! but it is our tradition," the caption of the picture further read.

Since being shared, the post has amassed close to 2 lakh views, 8,051 likes and a plethora of comments.

"Yeah tried it once at friend marriage at kalingpong alag hi toofan aata h isko pine se," commented one user on the post.

"But sir, please keep your weight under control, rice beer has too much calories, better share it with others," another user wrote jokingly.
