A video of an injured little boy selling keychains on the streets of Gujarat has gone viral on the internet and raised concerns among social media users about the health of the boy. The video shared by Sakshi on Instagram shows him selling keychains sitting on a pavement at a traffic point.
The clip opens to show the boy sitting on a pavement and arranging the keychains he has to sell for the day. Soon someone stops near the boy and begins to talk to him and record the short video. What concerned the social media users was that the boy had an injury on his right foot which he had covered with a cloth and plastic.
A text overlay on the video shared by Sakshi read, "The life you're living is a dream of millions value it."
Since being shared, the video has amassed over 7.4 million views. The comments box was also full with people concerned about the health of the boy and suggested that he should receive immediate treatment else he will develop gangrene.

"These scenes terribly affect the heart. At an early age when he should be receiving love and care and living in his innocence, he is instead going through pain and witnessing the cruelest reality of life," wrote another user.
While a third wrote, "He is earning not begging I have respect not pity for him."
"He is so innocent and cute I request you to take him to the hospital or if possible bring him to mumbai i will take his all responsibility," wrote a fourth.
