Chennai IT Company CEO Gifts Cars To Employees For Long-Term Commitment
In addition to this gesture, the firm distributed 100 cars to employees last year, further illustrating its commitment to recognising and rewarding their efforts.
Murali, CEO of Ideas2IT Technology Services Private Limited, has provided brand-new cars to 50 employees as a token of appreciation, according to a report from India Today.
Established in 2009 by Murali and his spouse, the Chennai-based IT company values the dedication of numerous employees who have supported the firm since its inception. "Several employees have consistently shown dedication since our company's founding. To acknowledge their commitment, we've allocated 33% of the shares to them," Murali remarked.
In addition to this gesture, the firm distributed 100 cars to employees last year, further illustrating its commitment to recognising and rewarding their efforts, the report said.
Meanwhile, another company leader has also recognised the efforts of his staff through a similar gesture. Ahead of Diwali in November last year, a video circulating on social media platforms showed MK Bhatia, chairman of a pharmaceutical company, presenting keys to brand-new Tata Punch cars to 12 employees, including an office helper.
