Immediately after the incident was shared online and went viral, Rapido Care noted and apologies for the inconvenience.

Those who have stayed in Bengaluru, the silicon valley of India know how painful it is to travel in the city, specially during peak hours.  Location technology company Tom Tom had recently rated Bengaluru the second most congested city in the world after London. A post that has gone viral on the internet once again highlights the traffic woes in the city.

Taking to Twitter, the user shared a screenshot of the traffic situation in the city and mentioned that he booked an auto on the Rapido app for a 45-minute journey from Koramangala to JP Nagar which had a wait time of 225 minute  (3.7 hours).

"Rapido wait time getting out of hand. Gotta wait for more than 3.7 hours for 45 minutes travel," read the caption of the post.

Immediately after the incident was shared online and went viral, Rapido Care noted and replied, "Hi Deyalla, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you faced. We regret there were no captains available during your time of need. Nevertheless, we are increasing the fleet every day from our end. Thank you for your patience in this matter."
