WABetaInfo has shared a screenshot wherein 21 new emojis are planned to be released in a future update for WhatsApp users.
"But there is even more: WhatsApp also redesigned 8 emojis and they are already visible in this beta. In reality, you may not have noticed them since the changes are not really evident (except for Pleading Face and Face Holding Back Tears) but thanks to the attached screenshot, you can discover which emojis have been redesigned," WABetaInfo wrote on its page.

"As always, you can also see which emojis are planned to be released on WhatsApp in the attached screenshot: you can see the old layout in the screenshot on the left while the new one is in the photo on the right with all other new emojis for a future update. 8 emojis have been updated in the latest beta build from the Play Store and 21 new emojis are planned to be released to all beta testers at a later date," the WhatsApp tracker added.
This comes amid reports of WhatsApp is likely to get a much-anticipated feature of giving users the ability to use one WhatsApp account on two devices. Currently, WhatsApp users automatically get logged out from their primary smartphones if they also log into their accounts through a tablet.
Supposedly called the Linked Devices feature, the ability to run one account on two Android devices has been made available for WhatsApp beta users. The Meta-owned company is alerting beta testers to run their accounts with WhatsApp's tablet version. WhatsApp’s Android app for users enrolled on the beta programme reads: “Have an Android tablet? WhatsApp for tablet is available for beta testers.”
