'We Fixed It': Twitter Says After Users Report Loading Issues
An outage was reported last month also which lasted for nearly three hours after which the social media company said that it had some trouble with its internal systems that impacted many globally.
New Delhi: After thousands of Twitter users on Tuesday reported that they faced trouble accessing the microblogging site, the company said that it had fixed the issue. As per a report by Reuters citing data from downdetector.com, a website that tracks outages by collating status reports from various sources including user-submitted error on its platform, more than 27,000 users had reported outages of the service.
According to the report, the outage began at 1:50 pm EST and around 35,000 users reported the issue at its peak.
"We fixed it! We made an internal systems change that didn't go as planned and have rolled it back. Twitter should now be loading as expected. Sorry about that!," Twitter said in a tweet.

On Saturday, Musk challenged Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal to a public discussion regarding the percentage of bots on the social media network as per a report by Reuters. He also took to Twitter and established a poll saying, “Let him prove to the public that Twitter has <5% fake or spam daily users.
Last week the company denied Musk’s claim that he was duped into accepting a $44 billion deal to purchase the firm. On July 29, Musk filed a countersuit against Twitter, deepening his legal battle with the business over his desire to terminate the acquisition deal.
