iPhone 15 Freezing Due To iOS 17 Bug
Apple iPhone 15 models are freezing due to a bug in the iOS 17, the media has reported. As reported by early users who tried to set up their devices, they were stuck at the Apple logo screen while transferring data from an old iPhone model. According to Apple, the iOS 17 bug is affecting iPhone 15 upgrade experience. The software issue is affecting iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models that have been shipped with iOS 17 pre-installed, says a report by 9to5Mac. The bug is likely to affect anybody switching phones that are running iOS 17 and using the transfer data option.
Samsung To Start Manufacturing Laptops In Greater Noida
With 44 IT hardware manufacturers including global PC makers registering to manufacture laptops, tablets and PCs in India last month, Samsung has become the latest OEM to begin assembling laptops locally, says a report by Mint published on Tuesday. The South Korean tech giant will manufacture close to 70,000 devices at its plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh which currently manufactures smartphones, the report added citing two people familiar with the development.

Itel S23+ And P55 Smartphones Launched In India
Handset maker Itel which was known to launch phones under Rs 10,000, has now launched a smartphone that brings a curved AMOLED screen in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment. It is the Itel S23+ which has been unveiled alongside the Itel P55 smartphone in India. The Itel P55 comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ panel and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
X Premium Subscribers May Get Audio, Video Calling
X, formerly Twitter, is set to bring video and audio calling features soon. It will not be available for all X users, though. The audio and video calling feature on X may only be available for premium subscribers, the media has reported. According to screenshots posted by investor Chris Messina, of X's code on rival app Instagram Threads, as spotted by TechCrunch, X users would be able to receive video and audio calls from their address book contacts, users they follow as well as Verified users. They may also be able to decide who they get calls from, the screenshot suggests.
Lava Blaze Pro 5G Launched In India
Homegrown handset maker Lava on Tuesday unveiled the Lava Blaze Pro 5G smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset in India. Priced at Rs 12,499, the Lava Blaze Pro 5G goes against the likes of popular handsets Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G, Samsung Galaxy M14, Poco M6 Pro and Realme Narzo 60X, among others. The handset comes with a colour-changing back, which is similar to some Vivo V series models. The domestic OEM has already launched a number of models this year, including the Lava Agni 2, Yuva 2 and Blaze 5G.
