Xiaomi took to Twitter to officially tease the launch date of the Xiaomi Pad 6 in India. However, it is not clear if the Xiaomi Pad 6 pro will also make its way into India alongside the Xiaomi Pad 6.

Expected specs and features of the Xiaomi Pad 6 include an 11-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1800 x 2880 and a refresh rate of 144Hz, which we also saw on the recently launched OnePlus Pad flagship Android tablet. To compare, Xiaomi Pad 5 and Realme X com with refresh rates of 120Hz and 60Hz, respectively.

The display would be a wide 16:10 aspect ratio and would have a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The tablet would be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 chipset, which we also saw on the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro. In terms of battery, the device would be equipped with an 8840mAh battery with support for 33W charging.

There is no confirmation on the storage configurations that would be available in the country. However, it is likely that Xiaomi releases the Pad 6 in India in three storage configurations: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The Android tab would run Android 13 OS with proprietary MIUI 14 custom skin on top.
