Vivo T1 5G Smartphone To Launch In India on February 9, Company Confirms
Handset maker Vivo on Monday announced it will launch its performance-driven Series T smartphones in India next month.
New Delhi: Handset maker Vivo on Monday announced it will launch its performance-driven Series T smartphones in India next month. The Vivo T series will make its debut with the launch of Vivo T1 5G smartphone on February 9 that is aimed at Gen Z users and millennials. The Vivo T1 5G will be launched via Flipkart and other mainline channels. According to the company, the Vivo T1 5G will be the fastest and the slimmest 5G smartphone in the sub-Rs 20,000 price category.

The new Vivo Series T is curated specially for today’s Gen Z and online users who are looking for turbo speed and performance with their smartphone experience. We are thrilled to partner with e-commerce platform Flipkart to make the buying experience of our tech-savvy consumers seamless and convenient," Yogendra Sriramula, Director, Brand Strategy, Vivo India, said in a statement.
The smartphone OEM also mentioned that in line with its commitment to "Make in India", all smartphones under the upcoming Vivo Series T will be manufactured at the company's Greater Noida facility.
The last Vivo smartphone to launch in India was the Y21e which was unveiled for Rs 12,990. The Vivo Y21e comes with 3GB+64GB storage and 0.5 GB extended RAM. It is available in two colour options -- Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow. The Y21e smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 mobile platform and is supported by a 5000mAh battery.
The smartphone also comes with 18W Fast Charge along with reverse charging that will turn the smartphone into a power bank. The eMulti Turbo 5.0 feature enhances data connection, system processor speed and ensures power-saving performance.
