New Delhi: After a series of leaks and rumours, the Oppo Reno 7 series that includes the Oppo Reno 7 Pro and the Oppo Reno 7 launched in India on Friday at a virtual event. The pricier Reno 7 Pro comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC while the Oppo Reno 7 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset. The handset maker also officially unveiled the Oppo Watch Free and Oppo Enco M32 earphones along with the smartphone models.

The Oppo Reno 7 is priced at Rs 28999 and will go on sale starting February 17 while the Reno 7 Pro is priced at Rs 39999 and will be available from February 8. The smartphones and the Oppo Watch Free will go on sale on Flipkart.

The Oppo Reno 7 Pro has been unveiled in a 12GB/256GB storage variant in two colour options, Starlight Black and Starttrails Blue. The Oppo Enco M32 is launched only in green colour and is priced at Rs 1799, but Oppo is offering it at a discounted price of Rs 1499 from February 9-February 11. The Oppo Watch Free is priced at Rs 5999 and it packs in with useful features such as sleep reminders, snore monitoring, heart rate monitoring and SpO2 monitoring. The watch comes in only a black colour option with a 1.64 inch AMOLED display and a claimed battery life of 14 days. The date of sale of the Oppo Watch Free would be announced soon.

Oppo Reno 7 Pro specs and details

The Oppo Reno 7 Pro has a 32MP selfie camera backed by an IMX709 RGBW sensor that was jointly developed by Sony and Oppo. It is 60 per cent more sensitive to light and reduces noise by 30 per cent when compared to the traditional RGGB sensor on the Reno 6 Pro, according to Oppo. Its rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor. The camera setup includes an 8MP secondary sensor and a 2MP sensor. The camera setup is also paired with a dedicated colour temperature sensor. The device sports a 6.5-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate with a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The Oppo Reno 7 Pro runs ColorOS 12 based on Android 11.

Oppo Reno 7 specs and details

The device runs Android 11 with ColorOS 12 on top. The Oppo Reno 7 features a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle camera and a 2MP sensor. There is a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. For selfies and video calls, the Oppo Reno 7 has a 32MP selfie camera at the front.
