Oppo A5 Pro Listing Found On Geekbench Ahead Of Its Launch, It Might Be Powered By THIS Chipset

The Oppo A5 Pro has surfaced on Geekbench ahead of its official launch in China. Oppo has already unveiled details about the phone's design, color options, and operating system. The Geekbench listing sheds light on the possible chipset powering the device, while additional certifications hint at several key features, including display, battery, and camera specifications.

As identified by the model number PKP110, the Oppo A5 Pro scored 1,053 points in the single-core test and 3,052 points in the multi-core test. The listing mentions an octa-core processor, with four cores running at 2.50GHz and the other four at 2.00GHz. The handset is expected to feature either the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 or the Dimensity 7300 Energy SoC.

According to the listing, the Oppo A5 Pro is set to feature 12GB of RAM and operate on Android 15. Oppo has also confirmed that the device will come preloaded with Android 15-based ColorOS 15, offering up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. Additionally, the RAM is reported to support virtual expansion by an extra 12GB.

The Oppo A5 Pro will be available in three color options: Quartz White, Rock Black, and Sandstone Purple. Promotional teasers indicate that the device may boast IP68 or IP69 certifications, ensuring robust protection against dust and water.

Oppo A5 Pro: Features (Expected)

Earlier reports indicate that the Oppo A5 Pro is likely to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a full-HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,412 pixels. The device may come in two RAM variants, offering 8GB or 12GB, paired with storage options of either 256GB or 512GB.

In terms of cameras, the Oppo A5 Pro is expected to house a 50-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor on the rear. For selfies and video calls, it could include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Additional features might include an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and a robust 6,000mAh battery. The device is rumored to have dimensions of 161.5 x 74.85 x 7.67mm and weigh approximately 186 grams.
