OnePlus 12 Set To Be Launched In A New Colour In India. Here's What To Expect

OnePlus India has hinted at the upcoming colour option of the OnePlus 12 through a post on X (formerly Twitter). The teaser included a close-up image of the phone’s new colour.

The OnePlus 12 is set to be launched in a new colour variant in India soon. On Tuesday (May 28), the smartphone company announced this update across its social media platforms, including on X.

This new launch will be the third colour variant for the OnePlus 12, which was originally launched in January in Flowy Emerald and Silky Black options. (Read our full review of the OnePlus 12 here). While the exact launch date has not been revealed, the release is expected in the near future. Notably, this new variant will not include any hardware or software changes.

OnePlus 12 New Colour Option In India

OnePlus India has hinted at the upcoming colour option of the OnePlus 12 through a post on X (formerly Twitter). The teaser included a close-up image of the phone’s new colour, asking followers and OnePlus enthusiasts to guess the shade. The image revealed a metallic silver colour with a shimmery finish on the camera module, suggesting a stylish new look for the OnePlus 12 5G.

OnePlus India posted on X, formerly Twitter: "All might. Now in _____.  Guess the all-new colour of the OnePlus 12 and stand a chance to win one! Comment with #ASpectrumOfPower to participate. Stay tuned for more!"

Meanwhile, new renders of the purported OnePlus 13 have surfaced online, but before the company's next-generation devices launch, the current number series flagship, the OnePlus 12, may receive a significant upgrade with the next major OS update. According to reports, the Android 15 Beta on the OnePlus 12 may give the phone support for satellite connectivity.

Notably, Google has recently begun rolling out Android 15 Beta 2 on several Android smartphones from smartphone OEMs like OnePlus, Oppo, Realme, Vivo, and Xiaomi, among others.
