Tamil Actor Pauline Jessica Aka Deepa Found Dead In Chennai, Leaves Suicide Note

Pauline Jessica Death: The police said that they found a suicide note from the apartment that mentioned failed relationship as the reason for the decision.

Chennai: Tamil actor Pauline Jessica aka Deepa was found dead in her flat in Virugambakkam, Chennai on Sunday. Deepa had played roles in Tamil movies and serials including "Thupparivaalan" and "Vaidha".

On Sunday, the neighbours of the actor observed that the actor did not come out of the apartment and it remained closed for the whole day. Therefore, the neighbours went and knocked on the door but there was no response. 

Following this, they informed Koyambedu police who reached the spot and found that the actor was dead. They recovered the body of the actor and sent the body to Kilpauk Government Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem.

After the post-mortem, the body of the actor was sent to her native place in Andhra Pradesh.

The police said that they are investigating the cause of the alleged suicide of the actor in all sides and have collected CCTV footage to get more clues. 

They said that they have found a suicide note from the apartment that mentioned failed relationship as the reason for the decision.

The police are also trying to collect details of everyone who came to the actor's residence before her suicide. They are also investigating if someone abetted her for the suicide. 

Earlier, Thoorigai Kabilan, the daughter of lyricist Kabilan, died by suicide at her residence in Arumbakkam. Thoorigai was a costume designer and she was running an online women lifestyle magazine in English.
