Harbhajan Singh Comes Out In Support Of Wriddhiman Saha, Urges BCCI To 'Protect Players'
Reacting to the controversy, ex-India spinner Harbhajan Singh took to Twitter to come out in support of Saha and urged the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to protect players.
New Delhi: Wriddhiman Saha, the long-standing Indian wicket-keeper batsman, shocked the cricketing world by sharing screenshot of a chat with an unnamed "respected journalist", after getting dropped from India's Test squad for the Sri Lanka series, next month.
Sharing the disturbing screenshot, Saha wrote, "After all of my contributions to Indian cricket..this is what I face from a so called "Respected" journalist! This is where the journalism has gone."

Earlier in the day, ex-India cricketer Virender Sehwag had also tweeted in support of Saha and said, "Extremely sad. Such sense of entitlement, neither is he respected nor a journalist, just chamchagiri. With you Wriddhi."

BCCI announced India's Test squad for the Sri Lanka series on Saturday. Senior struggling players Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ishant Sharma and Wriddhiman Saha were dropped from the Test team.
After being dropped, Saha said that coach Rahul Dravid advised him to "think of retirement". He also revealed that BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly had assured him of his place after his gritty knock of 61 against New Zealand.
