Watch: Viral Video Of Shakib Al Hasan Skidding Through Wet Covers After Rain Washes Day 2 Of Pak v Ban 2nd Test

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan could not stop himself from having fun and skidded through the wet covers filled with water.

New Delhi: A Test series is currently being played between Bangladesh and Pakistan. Incessant rains played spoilsport in the BAN vs PAK 2nd Test, due to which the second day's play had to be called off early.

After day's play was called off, covers were laid all around the ground so that the ground does not get too wet and the game starts early on Day 3. But it rained so much that a lot of water got accumulated on the covers too. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan could not stop himself from having fun and skidded through the wet covers filled with water.

On Sunday, only 38 balls could be bowled before the Day 2's play was called-off. The first session was completely washed out. According to local time, the day's play started at 12.50 pm but only 6.2 overs were bowled. Earlier, after the first day's play was affected due to rain, 98 overs were to be bowled on the second day but due to rain and bad light, the umpires decided to abandon the second day's play only after 6.2 overs.

Third day's play will start half an hour earlier at 9:30 am local time. Pakistan won the first Test of the two-match series by 8 wickets to take a 1-0 lead.
