In addition to these languages, Djokovic frequently converses in European tongues like Spanish, German, and French during tournaments, engaging with fellow players and referees in their native languages. His attempt at speaking Japanese during the Tokyo Open further showcased his multilingual enthusiasm.

For Djokovic, respecting the country and its people he visits means understanding at least the basics of their language.

At the 2023 ATP Finals in Turin, Djokovic's linguistic finesse stunned fans as he conducted four interviews in four different languages in just 10 minutes. This feat came right after his historic seventh ATP Finals win against Jannik Sinner. Fans marvelled at his linguistic versatility, some calling him a 'walking dictionary' while others likened him to a human Google Translate.

Djokovic's hunger for language learning is unwavering, leaving fans curious if he'll add a 12th language to his already impressive linguistic repertoire.
