New Delhi: Many cricketers avoid to freely express their opinion on the public platforms, but former England batsman Kevin Pietersen is an exception as he is very much known for his outspoken behaviour. With the sporting events across the world coming to a standstill amid the coronavirus pandemic, many sports personalities are spending their time interacting with their fans, friends and teammates on social media platforms. In one such Instagram live session between Kevin Pietersen and his former Quetta Gladiators teammate Ahmed Shehzad, the former English batsman brutally trolled Shehzad for not scoring runs in PSL 2020. Shehzad managed to notch just 61 runs in seven games for his team. Pietersen asked Shehzad, "I just wanna hammer you about your batting. Why are you not scoring runs?" Ahmed Shehzad replied saying, "Well, I have tried my best in this IPL [PSL]. I have been working really hard. Sometimes you know as a cricketer you are trying everything but it’s not coming. You cannot help it. You still have to believe in yourself whenever you go."

Shehzad then said, "You want a clear answer? I was playing (batting) No.3 and I tried but it was not helping me. It was my first time that I played the entire tournament at No.3. I never complained. I was doing my best, I tried my best but it was not coming."
