New Delhi: The Indian cricket team has arrived in Australia to take part in the T20 World Cup 2022 starting from 16th October. Upon their arrival, the Men in Blue took part in training sessions for two consecutive days to adapt themselves to the Australian conditions. Rohit Sharma & Co are now ready to play their first practice match on Monday. Indian players were given a break on Sunday after taking part in practice sessions for two consecutive days. Some India cricketers arrived in Perth to watch the Australia vs England match that began today.

Cricket teams around the world, who will be participating in the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, are currently playing competitive cricket to strengthen their preparations for the marquee event. The Indian cricket team is slated to play some practice matches before officially starting their World Cup campaign with a match against Pakistan. Team India will clash against Western Australia XI in two warm-up matches in Perth on October 10 and 13.

India will play two warm-up matches against Western Australia on October 10 and 13 before starting their campaign in the World Cup. After Perth, the Indian team will travel to Brisbane, where they will play two official warm-up matches against Australia and New Zealand on October 17 and 19.

After this, the Indian team will start their campaign on 23rd October against arch-rivals Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Team will take on the runners-up of Group A in the T20 World Cup qualifying round in Sydney on October 27.
