Virat Kohli Shares Message For RCB Fans 2 Days After IPL 2024 Exit, Insta Post Breaks Internet

Virat Kohli Message For RCB: The right-handed batter shared a message for Royal Challengers Bengaluru fans days after the team's IPL 2024 exit.

Virat Kohli Message For RCB: Virat Kohli, the former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star, thanked the fans of the team for their continued season two days after their seventeenth season ended without a trophy. RCB lost 6 of their first 7 matches but won six matches in a row to secure a place in the Playoffs. However, in the Eliminator, they succumbed to a defeat against Rajasthan Royals (RR) as the wait for an IPL trophy continued for the franchise.

Taking to Instagram, Kohli shared a picture with his teammates and accompanied with a short message. He wrote: "Thank you once again to all the fans of rcb for making us feel loved and appreciated as always," accompanying the text with a heart emoji.

Virat Kohli Likely To Win IPL 2024 Orange Cap

Even though RCB may have exited from IPL 2024, the right-handed batter is set to win Orange Cap for the season yet again. The right-handed batter finished the season with 741 runs from 15 innings at an average of 61.75 and a strike rate of 154.70.

Even though he will not be able to add to that tally with two more matches remaining in IPL 2024 as his team has already been knocked out, Riyan Parag and Travis Head of Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) respectively, the next on the list of leading run-scoers of the season whose teams are still alive in the title race are at 567 and 533 runs respectively and unless something dramatic happens Kohli will finish as winner of Orange Cap in IPL 2024.
