KKR Look Set For IPL 2024 Playoff Spot

After winning the toss, DC opted to bat first and struggled against KKR bowling big time right from the get go. Rishabh Pant’s 27 and Kuldeep Yadav’s 35-run knock helped DC get to 153-9 in their allotted 20 overs. In reply, KKR’s opener Phil Salt launched an early onslaught on the DC bowlers and scored a blazing 68-run knock off just 33 balls which washed away all the hopes of DC to remain in the contest. KKR chased down the target in just 16.3 overs and consolidated their second position on the IPL 2024 points table, inching closer to securing the playoffs berth.

KKR will next lock horns with Mumbai Indians on May 3 for the 51st match of the IPL 2024.
