Kolkata Knight Riders win IPL title for 3rd time
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated SRH by 8 wickets to clinch the IPL trophy for the third time. Hyderabad won the toss and chose to bat first. KKR's bowlers made quick work of Hyderabad, bowling them out for just 113 runs.
In reply, Kolkata Knight Riders chased down the target with ease by the 11th over, losing only two wickets. Venkatesh Iyer led the charge for KKR with an unbeaten match-winning innings of 52 runs off 26 balls.
