KBC Puts Contestant In A Spot With IPL Question On MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma

Amitabh Bachchan hosted-Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) put contestant in a spot with an IPL question on MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma.

Tha latest episode of the famous Indian quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) featured a question from the Indian Premier League (IPL) which involved around MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma. The episode in question was aired on September 24 (Tuesday) on the Sony Sports Network. Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary Bollywood actor who hosts the show, asks the contestant: "Which of the the following sayings is true about the two men in picture?"

Notably, an image of Rohit, Dhoni was put up which was followed by the aforementioned question. The four options that followed the question were: a) They were in born in Mumbai; b) They played for CSK; c) They are IPL-winning captains; d) They wear jersey number 10. The correct answer to the question, which may not that difficult a question for an Indian cricket fan, is option c) They are IPL winning captains.

Notably, both Rohit and Dhoni have won the IPL five times as captain.

KBC Contestant Successfully Answers The Question For Rs 20,000

The said question for asked to the contestant for Rs 20,000 which he successfully managed to answer to forge ahead in the show.

As far as Dhoni and Rohit are concerned, both are now no longer captains of their respective sides Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) respectively. While Dhoni handed over the captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad ahead of IPL 2024, Rohit was replaced by Hardik Pandya as the skipper of MI despite leading the team to five titles in 10 years.
