Fans who have always appreciated Dhoni's look from his long hair to short and from beard to clean shaved are now confused with their captains' new avatar. So what has left the fans confused this time. On Saturday, an image of Dhoni surfaced on social space and as expected has become the talk of the town. Dhoni has gone all bald and is looking like a monk as he is dressed up like one.

Fans are curious to know the reason behind the new look and some are scared thinking that M S Dhoni's is heading towards salvation.

The official broadcasters of the Indian Premier League, Star Sports posted the much-talked-about new photo. 

Star Sports posted the photo on Twitter with a disclaimer that read: “Set up in a marital arts training camp”. 

While there no official confirmation, speculations are rife that the MS Dhoni's New Monk look is from an upcoming advertisement. Netizens even said that Mahi has always been a monk, even on the field so there is no difference.

While we all still await the real reason behind the new change all eyes will be on Dhoni's CSK in the upcoming IPL 14 as the Whistle Podu team finished last in UAE and the franchise would look to bounce back and get back to winning ways in the new season.
