Dhanashree Verma, who was heavily trolled on social media for reportedly asking an alimony of INR 60 crore, issued a statement to put the rumours to bed.

"We are deeply outraged by the baseless claims being circulated about the alimony figure. Let me be absolutely clear—no such amount has ever been asked, demanded, or even offered. There is no truth to these rumours whatsoever. It is deeply irresponsible to publish such unverified information, dragging not just the parties but also their families into unnecessary speculation," said Dhanashree Verma.

Yuzvendra Chahal bid farewell to Rajasthan Royals after he was bought by Punjab Kings in the IPL 2025 Player Auction for INR 18 crore. The right-arm leggie is the 2nd highest wicket-taker of RR with 66 wickets, one behind Australian legend Shane Watson.
