Ravindra Jadeja Shares Heartwarming Post, Puts End To All Rift Rumors With MS Dhoni

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) surprised everyone by retaining the star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja for IPL 2023, naming veteran MS Dhoni as captain for upcoming season.

IPL retention and release list Highlights: Several reports of alleged rift between Ravindra Jadeja and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were doing rounds this year. Jadeja was expected to part ways with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) ahead of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 mini auction. After IPL 2022 got over, Jadeja had deleted all posts on Instagram related to CSK. However, the franchise surprised everyone by retaining the star all-rounder for IPL 2023, naming veteran MS Dhoni as captain for upcoming season.

Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja took to Twitter to react to the development. His latest tweet indicates that all is well between him and Dhoni. The pic posted by Jadeja is from CSK's epic run-chase against Mumbai Indians. In this match, MS Dhoni had starred with the bat as he batted till the end to script a great finish.

All ten teams participating in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 have announced complete list of 'retained and released' players ahead of IPL 2023 mini auction on December 23 in Kochi.
