IPL 2021 Phase 2: Chennai Super Kings Take On Mumbai Indians In UAE Leg Opener; Check IPL 14 Full Schedule
The first match of IPL 2021 Phase 2 in UAE will be played between MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings and defending champions Mumbai Indians.
Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 Phase 2, Full Schedule: The UAE leg of IPL 2021 is all set to start from tomorrow i.e. from Sunday. The first phase of IPL 14 had started in April, earlier this year, but the tournament was postponed after some players and support staff members tested Coronavirus positive inside IPL-bubble. The cash-rich league's second phase will kick-off from tomorrow onwards in the United Arab Emirates, September 19.
The first match of IPL 2021 Phase 2 in UAE will be played between MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI). CSK vs MI IPL 2021 match will be played from 07:30 pm IST in Dubai. As per IPL governing body, all afternoon matches will be played at 03:30 pm IST and the evening games will be played at 07:30 pm IST.
All IPL 2021 Phase 2 matches will be played in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Last year's edition of IPL, i,e IPL 2020 was also played in the United Arab Emirates, which was won by Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians (MI). In IPL 14 Phase 2, a total of 31 games will be played and the final match of the tournament will be played on October 15.
