'Greatest Finishers Of Our Nation': Netizens React After MS Dhoni's Pic With Amit Shah Goes Viral

Fans on Twitter are speculating whether the legendary wicket-keeper batter is planning to join politics, probably the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP).

New Delhi: A picture of two-time World Cup winning skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni shaking hands with Union Home Minister Amit Shah has gone viral on social media. As per several media reports, the picture was clicked during an event in Chennai, celebrating the 75th anniversary of India Cements, a business owned by ex-BCCI Chief N Srinivasan, who also owns IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK), captained by MS Dhoni. Fans on Twitter are speculating whether the legendary wicket-keeper batter is planning to join politics, probably the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP).

Check below some reactions on Twitter...

MS Dhoni has retired from international cricket and only plays for four-time winners Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The batting legend will return to action in IPL 2023 as CSK captain, probably for the last time in his career.

Earlier this year, Dhoni announced he wants to say his ‘final goodbye to cricket and IPL’ in front of Chennai fans and thank them for their unconditional love and support over the years.

‘Thalaiva’ MS Dhoni is the most successful captain in Indian Premier league (IPL) history and has been leading the yellow army ever since the inception of the tournament. The veteran will make the most of the opportunity to add another title win in his kitty.
