The high-voltage encounter was all about the South African power-hitter and if there was any room at the centre stage leaving aside De Villiers stupendous performance, it was taken by Kane Williamson.

However, young RCB batter Sarfaraz Khan still managed to hog some limelight.

In the 19^th over of the Bangalore innings, Sarfaraz took on Basil Thampi as he hit a stunning six. An innovative Sarfaraz picked the 140kp full-toss, opening the face of the bat on reverse lapse.
