WATCH: Coach Tom Moody cries following SRH's heart-breaking loss

A clearly dejected Tom Moody failed to keep his emotions under control and broke down in tears as Delhi Capitals beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 2-wickets to reach Qualifier 2.

Sunrisers Hyderabad coach Tom Moddy broke down in tears following his squad’s heart-breaking defeat against Delhi capitals at the Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday. Delhi bowlers did a good job to restrict the Sunrisers at a modest total, thanks to Keemo Paul and Ishant Sharma, who bagged three and two wickets respectively. However, Delhi Capitals, who had lost the way after a blazing start, were brought to cusp of victory by young Pant and West Indies' Paul, who finished it off the penultimate ball. A clearly dejected Tom Moody failed to keep his emotions under control and broke down in tears after DC beat SRH by 2-wickets to reach Qualifier 2. After slumping to heart-wrenching two-wicket defeat against Delhi Capitals,  Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Kane Williamson felt that his squad managed to put a competitive total against DC in the IPL Eliminator but still failed to nail it as the players were not "very clinical with the catching or in our bowling". "It was one of those surfaces that produces such close matches. I believed we had a competitive total after the first half. I knew it would be a tricky chase after the powerplay overs as with such totals there are small margins."
