MS Dhoni Left Out Of BCCI's New Annual Player Contracts For 2019-20 Season

With BCCI not giving a central contract to MS Dhoni, it is unofficially the end of the road for one of India's greatest cricketers at the international level

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the annual central contracts for the 2019-20 season. While Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah are the only three cricketers making the cut in A+ category, the most notable absentee is MS Dhoni who did not find a place in the  entire list of contracted players. The newly announced contracts are from the period starting October 2019 till September 2020. The question over MS Dhoni's future in the Indian cricket team has been a much heated debatable topic for discussion among the cricket fraternity and the decision to exclude him from the annual contracts seems to have hinted towards a possible end of the former skipper in international cricket. Here is the complete list of contracted players for season 2019-2020 Grade A+ - Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah Grade A - R Ashwin, R Jadeja, B Kumar, Mohd Shami, C Pujara, KL Rahul, A Rahane, S Dhawan, I Sharma, K Yadav, R Pant Grade B - Wriddhiman Saha, Umesh Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Hardik Pandya, Mayank Agarwal Grade C- Kedar Jadhav, Navdeep Saini, Deepak Chahar, Manish Pandey, Hanuma Vihari, Shardul Thakur, Shreyas Iyer, Washington Sundar
