LPL 2024 Qualifier 2: The Qualifier 2 of Lanka Premier League 2024 takes place today, as record-champions Jaffna Kings are set to lock horns with reigning champions Kandy Falcons for a place in the all-elusive final. The winner of tonight's fixture will face Galle Marvels, who progressed in the final after winning the Qualifier 1.

Kandy Falcons started the tournament on a bright note, but suffered a lump in form in the mid-phase of the tournament, but managed to finish the league stage strongly, before scripting one of the best comeback victories in the history of the league in the eliminator against Colombo Strikers.
