Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma on Sunday became only the second player to have played 150 matches for his team in the Indian Premier league (IPL).
Rohit Sharma's 150th cap for the defending champions proved to be a lucky outing as his team beat Delhi Capitals (DC) to register a 5-wicket win and move on top of the points table in the thirteenth edition of the IPL.

Rohit has a stellar start to his IPL career as he was part of the erstwhile Deccan Chargers team that won the second edition of the IPL under the captaincy of Adam Gilchrist.

Rohit who is the leading scorer for his team in the IPL also happens to be the most successful skipper, leading MI to 3 IPL titles in 2015, 2017 and 2019. Rohit has been one of the most prolific run scorers along with RCB skipper Virat Kohli and CSK's Suresh Raina in the history of the league.
