India Warm-Up Matches Women’s T20 World Cup 2024: The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is set to kick off from October and the Indian team, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, are eager to clinch their maiden T20 World Cup title. Originally slated for Bangladesh but now being hosted by the United Aram Emirates (UAE), the 17-day tournament will run from October 3 to 20 and the tournament opener will see Bangladesh squaring off against Scotland. Before the tournament begins, teams will have the opportunity to get some match practise with two scheduled warm-up matches for each team.
Team India are slated to lock horns with New Zealand in their first match of the T20 World Cup. But before that the Harmanpreet Kaur-led side will face off against West Indies and South Africa.

Here’s all you need to know about India’s warm-up fixtures in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024:
- September 29, India Women vs West Indies Women: India will face West Indies in their first warm-up fixture at the ICC Academy Ground No. 2, Dubai. The match will start at 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- October 1, India Women vs South Africa Women: India will face South Africa in their second and last warm-up fixture at the ICC Academy, Dubai. The match will start at 7:30 PM IST.
