If IND vs SL Asia Cup 2023 Final match gets called off due to rain on Sunday (September 17), ACC have kept a Reserve Day (Monday, September 18). However, if rain kicks in even on the reserve day, then both India and Sri Lanka will be declared joint-winners.

Setback for India and Sri Lanka: Both the teams have faced major setbacks ahead of Sunday's summit clash. As per reported by Cricbuzz, Axar Patel might skip playing IND vs SL Asia Cup 2023 Final as he sustained injury during IND vs BAN fixture on Friday. 

Injury concern for Sri Lanka: In-form off-spinner Maheesh Theekshana, Sri Lanka's highest wicket-taker so far in ODIs this year, has been ruled out of IND vs SL Asia Cup 2023 Final due to a strained right hamstring.
