IND vs ZIM 2nd T20I Highlights: India beat Zimbabwe by 100 runs in the second T20I of the five-match series in Harare on Sunday (July 7) to level the series 1-1. The Men in Blue had succumbed to a shocking 13-run defeat to Zimbabwe in the series opener but produced a remarkable turnaround to win the second match quite convincingly. The foundation of India's win was laid by Abhishek Sharma's maiden international hundred with the southpaw scoring 100 off 47 balls that helped India post 234/2 in 20 overs.
In response, the Indian bowlers were spot on and never let Zimbabwe get going. With the scoreboard pressure from the word go, chasing a mammoth target, the hosts lost wickets at regular intervals. Avesh Khan was the pick of the bowlers for the Men in Blue, finishing with figures of 3/15 off his 3 overs. Mukesh Kumar also picked up 3 wickets, conceding 27 runs off his 3.4 overs while Ravi Bishnoi chipped in with figures of 2/11.

India Flex Batting Muscle
While Abhishek had got out for a four-ball duck in his maiden innings for India, he made amends with a stylish knock that made the world take notice. The southpaw's innings was studded with 7 fours and 8 sixes.
India had lost Shubman Gill early after winning the toss and electing to bat but Abhishek did not let any pressure come to India, stitching a 137-run partnership for the second wicket along with Ruturaj Gaikwad who remained unbeaten on 77 off 47 till the end and ensured India get to a total which was well beyond the reach of Zimbabwe.

Rinku Singh got to bat at number four and played his finishing role to perfection, scoring an unbeaten 48 off 22. For Zimbabwe, Wessly Madhevere made 43 off 39 and Wessly Madhevere scored 33 off 26 but the hosts at no point seemed in control of the chase.
