IND vs BAN 1st Test Updated Weather Report: The India vs Bangladesh Test series is set to get underway with the first IND vs BAN match to be played from September 19 (Thursday) onwards at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Captained by Rohit Sharma, Team India are set to embark on a new journey with Gautam Gambhir as the head coach after taking over from Rahul Dravid. India last played a Test match back in March of this year where they clinched a 4-1 series win against England at home.

Bangladesh are coming into the IND vs BAN Test series fresh off their remarkable victory over Pakistan where they defeated the home side by 2-0. They will aim to take the momentum from Pakistan to India as they face a much stronger side in the form of India.

The first IND vs BAN Test will be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai from 9:30 AM (IST) onwards and let’s take a look at the weather for the first day.

As per AccuWeather, there are 20% chances of rain around the start of the play on Day 1 (September 19). Cloud cover is anticipated to be 28% with the temperature to be 31 degrees Celsius. At 12 PM IST, the chances of rain go up to 25% and then increase exponentially for 2 PM IST at 51% with 87% cloud cover.

However, at 4 PM IST, the chances of rain come down drastically to 15% and then remain around that for the rest of the playing hours.
