Fans urge Indian captain to 'bring back Kohinoor' as 'King' Kohli met Queen Elizabeth

It was indeed a rare honour for skipper Virat Kohli and the nine other ODI captains to visit the iconic Buckingham Palace and meet Queen Elizabeth II ahead of the ICC World Cup in England.

Smartly attired in formal blazers on the eve of the World Cup opener, skippers Virat Kohli, Eoin Morgan (England), Aaron Finch (Australia), Faf du Plessis (South Africa), Sarfraz Ahmed (Pakistan), Kane Williamson (New Zealand), Jason Holder (West Indies), Dimuth Karunaratne (Sri Lanka), Masrafe Mortaza (Bangladesh), and Gulbadin Naib (Afghanistan) shared couple of pictures with the Queen where the majesty was seen holding a light conversation in the famous 1844 Room.
As some pics of Indian captain Virat Kohli meeting the Queen went viral and became the talk of the town, the Twitterati swung into full action to come out with some hilarious memes on the internet.
