Calling his wedding with 'best friend' Meha 'the most magical day' of his life, the star Indian all-rounder Axar Patel posted some unseen pictures from the special event on social media.
Indian cricketer Axar Patel took a break from the ongoing India vs New Zealand series to marry his long-time girlfriend Meha in a vibrant traditional ceremony in the presence of their loved ones in Gujarat, January 26, days after his teammate KL Rahul married Bollywood actress Athia Shetty.

Calling his wedding with 'best friend' Meha 'the most magical day' of his life, star Indian all-rounder posted some unseen pictures on social media from the special event.
"Married my best friend and it was the most magical day of our life. Thank you to all of our family and friends for making it even more special," wrote Axar on social media.

Axar Patel's performance for the Indian cricket team
It has been almost seven years since the spin all-rounder played his first international match for the Blues in 2014. For the past one and a half years, Axar has been a regular part of the national team in all three formats. The star cricketer's most recent impactful performance was during Sri Lanka's tour of India when he hammered 65 off 31 balls, one of the fastest fifties in T20Is by an Indian batter.

Axar has so far played 8 Tests, 49 ODIs, and 40 T20Is for India, picking 49 Test wickets, 56 ODI wickets and 37 wickets in T20Is, respectively.
The spin all-rounder will be back in action for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as he finds his name in the India squad for the first two Test matches against Australia.
