ATP Rankings: Djokovic retains Number One spot, Nadal firm at second place

Wimbledon Champion Novak Djokovic retained his top place in the men's singles category of the latest Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings released on Monday, even though Rafael Nadal secured his 35th Masters title after beating Russian Daniil Medvedev 6-3, 6-0 in Roger Cup at Montreal.
Nadal remained intact on his second place followed by Roger Federer who stood firm on the third place with 7,460 points. Austria's rising tennis sensation Dominic Thiem took the fourth place with Japan's Kei Nishikori and Alexander Zverev securing the fifth and sixth spot. The top three spots in the men' singles category remains unchanged.
