UP Government confirmed that a 25-member delegation led by Patel arrived at the Maharshi Valmiki International Airport on a special plane on Saturday morning.

During the visit, Patel announced the establishment of a Yatri Niwas in Ayodhya for devotees from Gujarat, with a provision of Rs 10 crore allocated in the state's budget for this purpose, PTI reported.

CM Bhupendra Patel expressed joy over his visit to the temple and called the experience "emotional".

Accompanying Patel were state cabinet ministers, Speaker Shankar Chaudhary, and chief whip Balkrishna Shukla.

Gujarat CM praised the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, describing the divine consecration of Lord Shri Ram in the Ayodhya temple.

During the visit, Patel presented a painting depicting the events of Shabari Mata and Lord Ram to the trustees of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Janmabhoomi Trust.
