Manjummel Boys Telugu Version: Here's Everything To Know About Its Theatrical Release

The Malayalam survival thriller Manjummel Boys has been receiving a lot of attention lately.

A real-life 2006 incident turned into the inspiration for Manjummel Boys.

It narrates the compelling story of a bunch of Kochi friends.

In the film, which is directed by Chidambaram S. Poduval, the main actors are Soubin Shahir, Ganapathi, Khalid Rahman, and Sreenath Bhasi.

Manjummel Boys achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Malayalam movie to gross over Rs 200 crore globally.

It has been reported recently that the movie will be shown in Telugu-speaking areas.

On April 6, the Telugu version is scheduled for release.

There are, however, reports claiming that the Malayalam version will be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar starting on April 5.

Manjummel Boys is based on the true story of a group of guys from Manjummel, Ernakulam, who in 2006 rescued a friend who was stuck in Gunakew, Kodaikanal.
