Actress and producer Kriti Sanon recently hosted a party to celebrate the success of her latest Netflix crime thriller, Do Patti, with an array of notable guests, including Tamannaah Bhatia, Rakul Preet Singh, and Kusha Kapila.

“A sweet success well celebrated last night,” Kriti shared on Tuesday, along with photos that included the film’s writer, Kanika Dhillon, and co-star Shaheer Sheikh.

Absent from the celebration was Kajol, who plays the role of cop Vidya Jyoti in the movie. “Kajol ma’am, we missed you so much last night,” Kriti expressed in her Instagram post.

The event was also attended by Do Patti director Shashanka Chaturvedi, Sophie Choudry, and Kriti’s family, including her parents and younger sister Nupur.

Kriti, Tamannaah, and Rakul brought glamour to the party in stylish black dresses, while Kusha looked stunning in a blue bodycon dress. Nupur, known for her role in the TV series Pop Kaun, dazzled in a shimmery green tunic paired with black trousers.

In her heartfelt note, Kriti highlighted that Do Patti was the first film produced by her banner, Blue Butterfly Films, which she established in July of last year. “My first as a producer... Thank you to each person who walked with us, cheered us, and supported this special film."

"And the biggest thank you to our audience for making Do Patti a smashing hit and for giving it so much love. Your love is above everything,” she wrote.

Do Patti marks several significant milestones. It is Kanika Dhillon’s debut as a co-producer and features Kajol’s first role as a police officer. The cast also includes Tanvi Azmi, Brijendra Kala, Vidushi Manaduli, and Danish Kalra.
